1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. n01jl employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, including IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method verification.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

All activity conducted through your n01jl account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials. You are responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account.

2.3 Shared Devices

If you access your n01jl account from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out completely after each session. n01jl is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your session on shared devices.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed credentials.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited activities may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending and completed bonuses canceled, all winnings voided and forfeited, and their details reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable. n01jl's determination of prohibited activity is final and conclusive.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the n01jl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, software, audio, video, page layouts, and proprietary game content, is the intellectual property of n01jl Casino or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. 8. Limitation of Liability

n01jl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. n01jl will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime but accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n01jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n01jl account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

n01jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if n01jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Internal Dispute Process

Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact n01jl's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. n01jl will endeavor to respond to all support inquiries within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal channels within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute.

9.3 PAGCOR Complaint Mechanism

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, n01jl is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Filipino players who are unsatisfied with n01jl's internal resolution of a dispute may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels. n01jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all dispute resolution proceedings.

9.4 Jurisdiction

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the processes described above.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by n01jl

n01jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in any prohibited activity; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR; or (d) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or to other users.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your n01jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion is available for defined periods (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently.
